Hande Cetik was born in Izmir, Turkey. She began her music education with flute and solfege training when she was 11 years old before she joined the Izmir Opera and Ballet Childrens' Choir. At Umran Baradan Anatolian Fine Art High School she studied flute, piano, choir, musical history and orchestra. During her high school education, she pursued her musical and choir activities in Opera and Ballet Youth Choir. She had been granted admission to the Opera Depertmant of 9 Eylul University State Conservatory where she performed in a selection of recitals and roles during her education. She attended masterclasses with Hans J. Gallus, Burak Bilgili, Andreas Jören, Kartal Karagedik, Hale Soner, Prof. Güzin Gürel and vocology seminars with Op.Dr. İlter Denizoglu. In 2013, she performed in the role of Witch in Incigul Musical. In 2015, she joined the Lyric Opera Studio Weimar where she played the role of Papagena and performed with Rudoldstat Orchestra. She attended to masterclasses with Prof.Jeanette Favoro Reuter, Paul Plummer and Michael Dissmeier. She also attended to the Doctor Vox Clinic and Vocal Coaching Workshop with Op. Dr. İlter Denizoğlu. Since 2014, she is actively performing and is still continuing her vocal training with Lynn Trepel Çağlar.
